Hi all. My name is Chris Wojo. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years. I’ve been interested in fitness since I was an early teen. I was an athlete growing up, playing competitive soccer until my 20s as well as other recreational sports. I have carried that athletic mindset into my career. I am dedicated to my clients overall success and tailor programs to each individual’s goals. Evidence based literature is incorporated into each program to ensure quality training. As a trainer my goal is to not only provide a great workout, but to educate my clients on how to maintain a fit lifestyle in a safe and achievable way.

My Approach

My approach to training is evidence based and performance based. Each program is specially tailored to each individual based on their goals, abilities, and progress. Programs will be adjusted on a regular basis to ensure optimal results. I keep up to date with new research about training and nutrition so that I can educate my clients to the best of my ability. It is also important that I provide an open and welcoming environment so all clients feel as though they are training with a friend.

The future of the company

As of now I am the solo trainer and provide full attention to all my clients. My plan in the future is to bring in experienced and well rounded trainers to learn my approach and expand our programs. Trainwithwoj will provide a trainer who fits best with each client, based on their personalities and goals.
